You literally look at the cutscenes all the way. If you’ve played the previous games of David Cage like Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, then you’ll recognize the gameplay in Detroit: Become Human. Did the little girl at the start survive? Or did she die? Did you use a lie to get what you had to do? Everything you do has a consequence and will affect you later in the story. Yes, the basic story itself is possibly very easy to predict, but because of the options you can make along the way, you can get a lot of different outcomes.

Something that leads to difficulties in morality and uncertainty about personality.Īll of the gameplay in Detroit are played by choices you make during your game sessions. The relationship Marcus gets with this man becomes very personal and family close, which gives an extra emotional boost when the tragedy occurs in the home. Marcus helps an older male artist get through the day, from feeding him, shopping for paint, mostly daily things. Of course, that’s not all, because the man in the house is struggling with drugs and alcohol problems leading to domestic violence. Kara, however, is as simple as a maid and babysitter for a small family. His task is to put an end to deviants as they are called.
